A book I picked up at GenCon about 9 years ago that I've finally just gotten to as part of my effort to clear out my To Be Read Later backlog.

One of my favorite bands, though not my favorite of their albums.

On opening night, too!



8. TV show you're currently watching

The quality has dipped with the later episodes, though maybe it'll pick back up as it comes in for a landing.

Taken in Iceland about five years ago. Other pictures from that trip are the homescreens on other devices.

I did! I mean, the ending destroyed me. But I loved the movie and I'm eager to see it again.

What about you? Have you seen it? Did you enjoy it?

I enjoyed it too - it was just what I needed to see in the MCU. I think they got it almost perfect, which is quite amazing, considering the cast and all the studio shenannigans.
And the ending destroyed me too, but I felt it was just what they needed to do. It was the right ending and they didn't try to pull it into something it wasn't.

I also watched it with one of my younglings, and they were so hyper about it afterwards, which was adorable.

It will be out soon and I'm looking forward to seeing it again and getting to all the little touches I missed. And I'm a lot more enthusiastic about Dr Strange II now as well.

Completely agree. I will take all the fic that ignores or handwaves the ending, but within the movies themselves, I think it was the right choice and I support the creative decisions involved.

I'm hoping to see NWH one more time in the theater. At least. It's such an experience to see it that way.
